Unwanted candidates appear in top-line, if tap keys in XKB_?123 layout

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any XKB keyboard, e.g. US
2.Open ?123 layout
3.Tap any key

Actual result: 
English candidates pop up in VK's top-line.

Note:
Issue repro for Normal&Floating keyboard.
