192.168.43.35 appears unexpectedly in network settings

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10032.86.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.192.168.43.35 
2. 192.168.43.35
3. 192.168.43.35

What is the expected behavior?
192.168.43.35

How is your Chromebook connected to the Internet? This looks like the IP address of your WiFi router, for example.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Your computer seems to be connected to the wifi network named "Janethcell", which seems to use 192.168.43.* for its IP addresses. This looks like what I'd expect, since the 192.168.*.* network is reserved for exactly this kind of use.
