What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome Canary and add a new incognito window and navigate it to somewhere 
(2) Press the "square" button to see recent apps.

What is the expected result?
The Chrome Canary should show a snapshot of current window.

What happens instead?
The window corresponding to Chrome Canary is empty (transparent).

This works as expected on Beta 64.0.3282.116 and Android 8.1.0 Pixel XL.
This works as expected on Canary 66.0.3334.0 Android 5.1.1 Nexus 6.
