What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open onsole
2. Go to a page (a localhost page that would display warnings/logs/etc) that also is calling out to external like services google/facebook (doublecick/adwords)

What is the expected result?
the console would not clear between the the requests to other services

What happens instead of that?
the console refreshes, clearing the logs

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

If you select to persist the logs, the console notifies you that you are navigating to x site - and these line up perfectly with when the console clears
