Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the included index.html. 2. Observe the issue. 3. Uncomment border-radius property to fix the issue. What is the expected behavior? The div should have a shadow on top and bottom, dependent on scroll position. If I uncomment the border-radius (set it to non-zero, for example 0.0000001px), it will work as expected. What went wrong? Only the bottom shadow on the div is shown, regardless of scroll position. Did this work before? Yes I found a comment stating that this was broken in 59 (maybe even earlier). Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.119 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.3 Flash Version: This only happens on macOS.
