values overlapping in "water fall" column of "Network" tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any application
2. open dev tool
3. in case of scroll in your network tab you will see that waterfall column's values are overlapping

What is the expected behavior?
It should not be overlap like other columns

What went wrong?
Water fall column values are overlapping

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Thanks for the report.  Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this on Linux or Windows 63.0.3239.132.

- Could you please check if this works on a fresh profile without any extensions enabled, and let us know if the issue still exists?  You could try it in guest mode:

- Does clicking on the waterfall column title still sort the table?
- Are you using a separate monitor to display DevTools?
- Could you also check Chrome Canary and see if it works there?
