@rbasuvula: When starting a clean install of Chrome/Chromium, without creating a new profile or using an existing profile, enabling/disabling the mentioned option works. When using an existing profile, triggering the option fails. On Chrome this resulted in a crash with ID 'crash/f180628645a40f18'.
