OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10),Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, Press Ctrl+F to open Find in page box.
(2) Now minimize the browser window to its last limit and type text.
(3) Observe.

Actual: Unable to see typed text in the Find in page box after minimizing browser window.

Expected: Typed text should be seen in the Find in page box even after minimizing browser window.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-60 series.

Note: 1.Issue is not seen on Mac OSX(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.3)
      2.Issue is also seen on M-64 Stable/Beta (build # 64.0.3282.119) and M-66 canary (build #66.0.3334.0)
