Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I scan my pc with ccleaner after that chrome show that error on gmail or youtube

@Reporter: Could you please check by logging into youtube/Gmail in a fresh profile and let us know if the same error is shown. Please confirm if the error is only shown when the PC is cleaned with ccleaner. Any further inputs from your end may help us to triage the issue in a better way.
