The patch added the test, so findit seems to have found the correct CL.
Assigned to the owner of that CL and let me revert the patch since the patch just adds the flaky browser test.

Removed the sheriff flag since it's reverted.

Closing this bug since the CL was reverted. Will try to deflake and re-land as part of  issue 800502 .

 Issue 807822  has been merged into this issue.
