Steps To Reproduce:
(1) I went to chrome://settings/help
(2) I clicked on Check for Updates.
(3) I checked Flash Player Component.

Expected Result: I expected Google Chrome OS to Auto-Update, but it did not do that at all, because I have been running the same Chrome OS Old Version for almost 3 months now.

Actual Result: Google Chrome OS says I am running the latest version (I Don't Think that This Is Right!), I have been using Chrome OS 61.0 for 3 months now and have not gotten any updates at all.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always.
What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? It is not working at all. No, there is no workarounds either too.
