Duration information is not always showing up for audio-only playbacks.

Several of the audio only clips in my test directory aren't showing a duration on the default controls:

Duration is being reported at time of metadata, so I'm not sure why the controls aren't picking it up. The screen shots show with and without the duration information after reloading.

This is on a ToT build from 1/29/2018.

Interesting. Updated to ToT and it's happening for me too, but only sometimes. When it happens, inspecting the shadow dom shows that the elements have the correct times, but their style is set to "display: none". I'll look into it.
