What steps will reproduce the problem?

This is normal ops. 

What is the expected result?
Clear and crisp audio and video on google hangouts.

What happens instead?
 On Google hangouts with Kathy this day and the audio is SO bad for both of us.  My chromebook is cracking and her voice is cutting out. Video freezes periodically. The same is happening to Kathy on her win pc and chrome browser.

I ran the log analyzer and the following came up:  Please note I had under 10 tabs up.  This is much less than usual.  One thing that caught my eye was the number of google hangouts, and and I will attach a screen shot of my task manager and kathys. 

Do I have MORE things running for google hangouts than I should?  
I am only running the incognito browser, I notice I have Extension: Google Hangouts & Incognito Extension: Google Hangouts both running.  Could this be the cause?

Something caused your system to run out of memory. See if decreasing the number of tabs helps you avoid this issue. Also investigate the number of extensions running in the background which could be using up a lot of resources.

Device reported some kind of DNS failure which needs to be investigated further. This could be due to unstable connectivity or due to unresponsive DNS server.

2.  in net internals/dns https://drive-thirdparty.googleusercontent.com  Can you please help me to remove all the 3rd party stuff.  EVERYTHING on this CB is what loads automatically after every (non-existent powerwash)  I don't want any third party apps.
3. My DNS client is enabled.  Why is that?
4. Gmail says something isnt right and it can't contact google servers.  I don't know if this is related or not.


I am going to clear the cache and nuke this machine again and hopefully it will stop staggering under the weight of whatever is currently bogging it down.

Can you please provide more details? Perhaps a video of the problems you are seeing on your chromebook?

It is hard to understand because you have provided some much confusing text.
