With the latest update, page layout broke when printed

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36 Example URL: File included Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download web page 2. Open it 3. Compare print preview of the latest version of chrome with a previous version What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The page was styled to be printed on special paper to fill designated areas. It worked well until latest update (64.0.3282.119). Page was designed specifically for chrome, and did not look properly in other browsers. With the latest update, it looks the same across all browsers. I would like to know what exactly was changed and if there is an easy fix to get the layout that was provided by older versions. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin?
