Can open home interface tab and options menu in one time

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:canary 66.0.3334.0
Operating system:7

Steps to reproduce:
(1)open chrome with home interface without any tabs
(2)click fast (in less than second) on "+" and "three dots"/hamburger icon

Expected result:

Home interface is expanded

Actual result:

Home interface is expanded and options menu is opened

sted the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. 

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome 
2. Clicked on + icon and Customise and Control menu on the same time
3. Observed both are opening at the same time

Chrome versions tested:
66.0.3334.0

OS:
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung J7 7.0.0

This is a Non-Regression issue as this is a new UI introduced in recent milestones.

Note: This issue is not observed in Desktop.
