Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 10032.86.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.140 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10032.86.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_speedy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on device. 2. Wifi network seen but no connection possible. 3. What is the expected behavior? Device has connected to wifi at home and school for over a year. Last week it stopped connecting. I expected it connect. What went wrong? It refused to connect. It identified the network and tried to handshake but failed, showing `Out of Range' message eventhough it was well within range. Reboot of router did not work. Nor did `forgetting' the network and reestablishing it. Nor did powerwash. Nor did hard reset. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 10032.86.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.137 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so
