Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to open my mail in Outlook.com 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Immediate access to my mail. What went wrong? Before this latest update I saw my mailbox immediatelly. Did this work before? Yes The version prior to this latest update Chrome version: 64.0.3282.119 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: .........please, fix this

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.119 using Windows 7 and Windows 10 with steps mentioned below. 1. Logged into Outlook.com and saved password. 2. Closed chrome and opened again. Naviagted to outlook.com and able to sign in to mail successfully. This issue sounds similar to issue 794453 . cc'ing author from CL landed and owner from that issue. Could someone please have a look at this issue. Thanks!

I think it's very likely this issue is a dup of the two mentioned issues. That problem had a fixed landed in the latest canary. Can you try your use case with a canary of version > 66.0.3334.0?

@Reporter: As per comment#4 issue is fixed in latest canary. Could you please check the steps on version >66.0.3334.0 as it is not reproducible from TE end. You can download latest canary from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel.
