User identity switching button is basically unreadable due to condensed font with 3D shading and outlining

Reported by meta...@gmail.com, Jan 29 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser.
2. Try to read top right button.
3. Squint.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Attached is a screenshot showing the new appearance of the user switching button, compared to normal window title bar text.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: Version 64.0.3282.119 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 27
Flash Version: n/a

Screen is 120 DPI.

At this point I can only distinguish the identities by the fact that their labels have different lengths.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.119 and on the latest dev 66.0.3334.0 using Ubuntu 14.04 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Noticed the top right portion of browser.
We observed that the content/buttons are properly visible with out any issue.

@Inhouse: As the reporter mentioned the OS Version: Fedora 27, requesting some one from TE-Hyd team to have a look into this issue.

Thanks!

Tested the issue using #64.0.3282.119 on Fedora 25 and everything looks good on the top right corner of the browser as per the steps mentioned in original comment.

Requesting MTV team to check the issue on Fedora 27 as it's not available with India team.

Thanks!!

Just tried under KDE, and it's a more readable size, though still tough to read. This suggests that it's related to GNOME and/or GTK ignoring my screen DPI.
