HTTP Authentication doesn't work with headless flag

Reported by jon.wall...@gmail.com, Jan 29 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Internal

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Browse to any page in headless mode that requires authorization (Negotiate in this case).

What is the expected behavior?
The page should work like Chrome in normal mode where the auth works fine, the response code is 200 and the WWW-Authenticate header has a valid token

What went wrong?
The response code is "401 Unauthorized" and the page cannot be loaded. WWW-Authenticate contains the schema type but no token.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

I have only tried this with protractor@latest if that matters somehow.
Please let me know if any more information is needed.
