What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and Visit above URl
(2)Observe the Webpage.

Expected :Unwanted Horizontal scroll bar appears on Webpage.
Actual   :Unwanted Horizontal scroll bar should not appear on Webpage.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen From 'M-60'.

Note:Issue is seen in M64 stable 64.0.3282.119 ,M64 beta 64.0.3282.119 and M65 dev 65.0.3325.18.
