Issue descriptionChrome Version : canary 66.0.3332.0 URL : http://www.frazpc.pl/aktualnosci/935926,galaxy-s9-i-galaxy-s9-zaprezentowane-na-renderze-prasowym.html Behavior in Firefox: the same What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)open website (2)change 2x screen orientation like in video Note: pictures are sized differently than during first opening, this can be potientally bug, from the second FF behaves the same and maybe it's website issue. Kindly please debug. Note2: I have similar issue (website elements are going up after changing 2x orientation) on second site, please let me know, if this could be potentially interesting

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome 2. Navigated to http://www.frazpc.pl/aktualnosci/935926,galaxy-s9-i-galaxy-s9-zaprezentowane-na-renderze-prasowym.html 3. Observed the screen format issue on orientation Chrome versions tested: 66.0.3332.0 OS: Android 8.0.0 Android Devices: Nexus 5X 8.0.0 Please navigate to below link for log's and video-- go/chrome-androidlogs/806610 This issue seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since older builds Note: This issue is not observed in Desktop.
