Error in IST to CEST conversion

Hi,

I am Harshini Shivashankar, living in Europe. I found an error in Google search while I wanted to find "Current ist time to cest".
The day light saving is not updated. Kindly find the attachment for more details.

Hi,

Please note that this window is for reporting issues found in chromium/chrome browser only. The report is pertaining with Google Search.

Also, this is not a localization case. I will be looping in the Engineering Team to see if they can assist.

Able to reproduce this issue on latest stable version 64.0.3282.140 and latest canary 66.0.3339.0 using Mac 10.13.3, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04.

This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged.

Issue is also seen in Firefox. This might not be specific to chromium/chrome as per comment#1. Could someone from dev team please have a look at this issue.
