I'm getting a crash at Chrome shutdown in FrameSinkManagerImpl::InvalidateFrameSinkId on my Windows machine at home..

This seems to be happening in the Gmail Offline background page. I think this is caused by a recent change kylechar@ made. Kyle, could you please investigate?

Could we please try to get this merged back into M65? Thanks!
