Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open App like Prime Video or VLC
2. No SDCard could be found

What is the expected behavior?
The apps have access to the SD card

What went wrong?
I bought a SD card and inserted it into my Chromebook. Then I've formatted it. The Android settings recognize the SD card but no app can see it. Do not show Prime Video or VLC, or Google Play Movies. Only with program are the file managers, the access is possible. Word, Excel and PowerPoint do not show the memory either.
