Oculus not working in WebVR

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Launching and camera rotation

What went wrong?
No VR display rotation or launch. Oculus display is black.  VR Display is detected. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Was working previously in the WebVR versions of chrome.
 
Working in Firefox.

This should be working now, with the OpenVR (along with SteamVR installed) or Oculus flags in about:flags.  You'll also need to ensure that the webvr flag is enabled, or that your site has the origin trial enabled.
