Count of number of tabs opened in browser lost when more than 99 tabs opened

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open 100 or more tabs on the mobile application of chrome 
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Instead of showing the count as 100 or 101 a constant garbage value ":D" is shown to the end user. 

What went wrong?
Count of number of tabs opened is lost above 99 and is replaced by a constant garbage value ":D" 

Did this work before? No
