Currently there are a few bots on the chromium.gpu.fyi waterfall that run the drawElements (dEQP) test suite against ANGLE:

Once the Intel HD 630 trybots are set up and running well in  Issue 801323 , we should add new Windows 10 and Linux dEQP testers that run tests on them.

https://www.chromium.org/developers/testing/gpu-testing/gpu-bot-details#TOC-How-to-add-a-new-bot has the rough instructions. In this case, only 2 VMs are needed, one for "Win10 dEQP Release (Intel HD 630)" and one for "Linux dEQP Release (Intel HD 630)".

When those waterfall bots are working well, we can consider adding them to the win_angle_deqp_rel_ng and linux_angle_deqp_rel_ng trybots.
