chromevox stops video playback now and again

Issue description

if chromevox is inactive, it can take a while to respond upon requirement. when this requirement happens, any audio/video playing stops meaning that i have to resume the audio/video.
it would be nice if the audio/video continued playing

IDs from chrome://crashes  (possibly after enabling crash reporting per
http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96817)

@ nthreid87:Thanks for filing the issue! Could you please Re-check once in latest builds of chrome(Stable/Canary) and let us know the observations and provide the sample steps and OS/Chrome version details of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As there is no action on this issue for long time closing this issue. Request you to update your Chrome to latest #66.0.3359.181 and verify. Feel free to file a new issue if the issue is still reproduced at your end.
