Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox.
2. Restart the Chromebook.
3. At log on, observe what messages Chromevox reports, and begin typing the password.
Expected: Chromevox would announce the e-mail address in focus, and announce passord, thus prompting the user to enter the password. Once the user begins typing, Chromevox would announce bullet, bullet, bullet as it does in password boxes.
Actual: Chromevox annoucse a number of things, and seems too verbose. In addition, bullet, bullet, bullet is not spoken. It is spoken if I first tab away from the box and shift-tab back to it. In any case, the password is typed, but the user is not alerted.
