As we are moving to LUCI, the concept of masters is going away. We should make sure that SOM can continue show the same data for https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium.perf  even if all those builders are being moved to {ci.chromium.org}/{luci.chromium.ci} with  builders from other masters.
