ChromeOS issue: No touchscreen functionality when connecting multiple displays

Issue description

ChromeOS version: 63.0.3239.116
ChromeOS device model: ASUS Chromebox CN62, Acer CX12 
Case#: 14731748

Description:
When connecting more than one display to a chromebox, the touch-capability of both displays cease to function. Either display functions correctly when it is the only one connected. Touchscreens are connected via USB. Have tested both Acer and Asus chromebox-devices. 

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Connect touchscreen-capable display to a Chromebox via USB
2. Check that touchscreen is working
3. Connect second touchscreen-capable display via USB

Current Behavior / Reproduction: 
Touchscreen is not working on neither display.

Expected Behavior: 
Touchscreen is working on both displays

This should be fixed in M64. 
When the system is unable to detect which display to associate the touch device with, it will default to the internal display. It will have to be reassociated manually to the correct display.

You will have to enable enable-touch-calibration-setting in chrome://flags

Hi.

I want touch on both screens. Tried enable-touch-calibration-setting. It doesnt work. 
What version are you using?
The setting will allow you to connect all touch devices only in version M64 and above.
