documentation for cssOrigin has wrong "since" version

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/tabs 2. find "cssOrigin" 3. read the text to find out what version it was added in What is the expected behavior? at least according to this, it should say "Since Chrome 66": https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-find-releases-static/949.html#9494d72752c2199295be01cbe066ff4b39a5a6ec What went wrong? it currently says "Since Chrome 39" which is definitely wrong, that version is years old but the feature was added a week ago WebStore page: Did this work before? Checked the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 using Windows 7 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/tabs We found that "cssOrigin" is there from chrome 39. Requesting some one from "Platform>Extensions" team to help in further triaging the issue. huglovefan1998@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Stable 65.0.3325.181 and Canary 67.0.3395.0. As per the original comment, this issue is due the CL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/9494d72752c2199295be01cbe066ff4b39a5a6ec. Hence assigning the issue to m.jethani@ for further updates. Thanks..

Yes, "cssOrigin" was added in Chrome 66. I'm not sure how to update the documentation though. Copying rdevlin.cronin@ for guidance.
