I have pretty same problem. I'm making Audio+Video call. The other side receives stream and renders it to <video> element. Video is ok audio is NOT. WebRTC internal shows audioOutputLevel 0. What i did to avoid this problem. I created new MediaStream(); Taking from peerConnection.getReceivers() ONLY audio track and rendering it to audio/video(it does not cares at this moment) element. If i'm trying to add Also video track to this stream i don't hear audio anymore. So I'm receiving video and audio from ONE stream. If i render this exact stream audio doesn't works. If i'm taking only audio track it works. If i'm adding video track with audio track audio stops to work. In the other hand if i'm making only audio call and then after REinvite adding to same stream video track it works. I Attached screenshot. In this screenshot if i will uncomment line 716 i will loose my audio. receivers[0].track - Audio receivers[1].track - Video I hope i explained well.

P.S in my Case it's Chrome : Version 64.0.3282.119 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable OS: Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3 (17D47) And line 716 in previous post it's only one line which is currently commented

Tested this issue using apprtc "https://appr.tc/" observed that we are able to see the video and hear audio clearly. hence marking it as wont fix for now. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if still seen on latest chrome stable with test credentials. Please update chrome:The latest chrome builds can be downloaded from the below URL: https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel Thanks! |
