Update: on some sites white padlock is always always (even when something like scrolling is done on the website)

Increasing to P1 - white element is very unreadable

Note: latest Canary is changing colors of various element interfaces (see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=806608, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=805885, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=806607) and it looks like more general problem.

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. 

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome 
2. Navigated to https sites
3. Observed the white security indicator

Chrome versions tested:
66.0.3334.0

OS:
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung J7 7.0.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 66.0.3331.0
Bad build: 66.0.3332.0

You are looking for a change made after 531794(GOOD), but before 531795(BAD).

CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I think this needs another bisect. The change in #6 just removes dead code.

According to last @mdjones words Home is not supported anymore, bug can be probably closed

#9: Correct; I can't repro on my devices, so I'll close this unless test can still reproduce in normal Chrome.

Padlock is in any color with classic Chrome... but it makes sense (green padlock with green background could be non readable)
