ClusterFuzz error fires when signing in / out on home page

Load a commit, navigate to home page, sign in with a non google.com or non chromium.org account (e.g. @gmail.com)

ClusterFuzz error fires from the /commit page - need to review routing to ensure the event only fires if the view is active.

So you are not linking to a domain that may or may not be legitimate (even if no one owns it now, anyone could buy it anytime)
