Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open up chrome
2. go in full screen on any video website like twitch or youtube
3. after you exit fullscreen the theme i am currently using on chrome covers over half search and tool bar from both sides of computer screen. my extensions and search bar are covered swell as my back button and refresh button.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
a bar from the theme i am currently using goes across the top part of my browser everytime i go in to fullscreen on any website like youtube. Bar covers my search bar my extensions and tools and the only way to fix it is to close chrome and reopen it again problem only occurs after entering fullscreen though.
