Could this be related to the upgrade last night?

The builder had successful runs yesterday and today. So it not related to toolchain roll.
Root cause seems to be the chroot hook CL in CQ, it cleaned a few packages but maybe incremental building didn't reinstall them. Marked it as V(-1) for the time being till I can take a look at it.
