Issue descriptionDescription: Add visible and dynamic print boundaries to Google Sheets. Use case: Many times spreadsheets are designed to be printed. It's not ideal, or the best use of Sheets, but it happens and apparently more often than I thought. Other spreadsheet applications will change the border to a dashed line to represent the print boundaries within the spreadsheet. Motivation: My users print spreadsheets and change cell width and height to fit on a page. They are requesting the ability to see this in a similar way to Excel. Existing workarounds: The only workaround I can find is to have them make a change, print preview, repeat. This is less than optimal as one change can significantly adjust the end results of this. Right now, my users go back to Excel which I'm trying to avoid.
