Can't submit a CL crrev.com/c/869872

When I click "REPLY" and set the Commit-Queue label "+2" and click "SEND", I see "Server error: Internal server error".
So I can't submit the CL.

I copied the cl (869872) to 886721 to land the change.
But when I clicked "START REVIEW", I saw the same error "Server error: Internal server error" again.

humm..

I don' know why but I could change commit-queue of 869872 to +2 now.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Internal server errors should be reported to the gerrit team using the "Send Feedback" button. It looks like this was transient.
