Regression: CANCEL button is seen chopped in change channel overlay when page is zoomed-out

Chrome Version:64.0.3282.117/10176.60.0 Beta channel Kip,Reks,Daisy
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>launch chrome,open chrome://settings/help/details
(2)Click on CHANGE CHANNEL >> select a channel >>Zoom the page to 25% and Observe CANCEL button

Actual: CANCEL button is seen chopped
Expected:CANCEL button shouldn't get chopped

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.140/10032.86.0 stable channel Reks

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
