Erratic scrolling with Bluetooth mouse wheel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use a (Logitech) Bluetooth mouse. Mine is M535.
(2) Open a page that allows scrolling. It could be a webpage or a Chrome app like a text editor or the SSH terminal.
(3) Scroll around carefully. At some point I experience jitter.

What is the expected result?
Page moves slowly in the same direction and by the same amount that I moved the scroll wheel.

What happens instead?
Sometimes (?) it jumps. So far, I have only experienced these jumps downwards, never upwards. They are only noticeable when scrolling slowly (e.g. reading a text) because the jumping is very annoying then -- i.e. I'm not sure if it also occurs during faster scrolling or if the slow scrolling is the problem itself.

I previously used another Logitech mouse with a USB dongle. That one did not have this issue. Just to add to this (I posted this information in the chromebook central as well). 

I am having this issue on Chrome OS 64.0.3282 with a PixelBook. Happens with either a Logitech G603 or MX Anywhere 2 mouse. 

For me the scrolling will either be really fast to the end of the page, or sometimes will scroll up and then start scrolling down.

I have taken a short video of me scrolling down only, I am scrolling one or two clicks on the scroll wheel. This video was done in Guest mode to ensure there were no extensions or anything else loaded. 

You will notice the following behaviour:
1) Sometimes the page will scroll up a line before it scrolls down
2) At one point it completely goes back to the top of the page as if I had pressed home. I was attempting to scroll down at this point. (around 7 second mark)
3) Sometimes it scrolls one line, sometimes it scrolls 3-4 lines down.

Mice work fine on windows 10 laptops.

Apologies, I just realised this looks to be duplicated with 800113 and possibly 455086.

I suspect it might be related to 800113 but I do not think this is related to 455086.

Just received the update to Version 65.0.3325.209 and issue is still there.
