android webview drain native memory .

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. make two simple activities A and B.
2. load url with webView in ActivityA
3. start ActivityB ,loading url with webview .wait a second ,finish ActivityB.
4. loop 3.
5. dumpsys meminfo com.xxx.xxx ,the unknown block memSize will increase all the times and never stop .

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
memory draint out

and i find another phenomenon, if I attached ActivityB  in a new process , there is no problem too.

attach an actual apk please

that rar file seem to be corrupted, at least can't be extracted with rar tool in ubuntu 14.04

also if you are not explicitly calling webview.destroy, then memory might keep going up until a gc happens
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
