Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. 

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL:
3. Observed that an error is displayed.

Error displayed is: H συσκευή σας δεν υποστηρίζεται.

Chrome versions tested:
64.0.3282.116 Stable/Beta, 65.0.3325.0 (Canary)

OS:
Android 8.1

Android Devices:
Pixel 2

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build - 64.0.3250.0 (511680)
Bad Build - 64.0.3251.0 (512036)  

You are looking for a change made after 511910(GOOD), but before 511911(BAD).

CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
