[Chrome][M63][Android 8.0] A home screen gets dark when getting back to home screen from "Secure connection".

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up Chrome 2. Go to any web site 3. Touch the lock icon in a url box 4. Touch the home button in "Secure connection" What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? A home screen gets dark when getting back to home screen from "Secure connection". Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8.0 Flash Version: It is reproducible on only Android 8.0 device. Here's a detailed test result on Android 7.0, 8.0 and 8.1. - Nexus5X on 7.0 : No issue - Nexus5X on 8.0 : Wrong behavior - Nexus5X on 8.1 : No issue

Tested the issue in Android and could reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched Chrome . 2. Navigated to secure Website 3. Clicked on lock icon 4. Tapped on home icon 5. Observed the dark ness on home screen Chrome versions tested: 63.0.3239.132 OS Android 8.0.0 Android Devices Nexus 5X 8.0.0 Considering this issue as Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M58.
