Unable to open .rar file in a zip file

Project Member Reported by yamaguchi@chromium.org, Jan 25 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.140, 65.0.3325.11

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Create a .rar file (on Linux or other platforms)
(2) Pack the .rar file again into a zip file (by "Zip selection" in the context menu, or any other ways)
(3) Open the .zip file in the Files app. See the .zip volume is mounted and shows the .rar file inside.
(4) Open the .rar file inside zip.

Expected Result:
.rar is mounted as volume

Actual Result:
error pops up. "Unable to open %s: error_invalid_path"

(Note: when it is an .rar in .rar, it works as expected.)

Currently the failure is silent, but it still fails. rar mounting needs the rar file to be an actual file on the filesystem since it uses AVFS, a fuse-based file system. A rar file inside a zip is a virtual file within chrome since zip is implemented as an FSP component extension.
