Rendering corruption after 16M (2^24) pixels

Project Member Reported by piman@chromium.org, Jan 25 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 65.0.3322.3
OS: Linux, Chrome OS (Pixel 2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open attached file, wait for it to load
(2) (depending on default font size, may or may not be needed) zoom in a few nits with ctrl-+
(3) scroll to the end

What is the expected result?

Correct rendering. Last line should read 999999

What happens instead?

Looks like missing tiles towards the end of the page

For me it starts happening after row 883011, with a text vertical pitch of 19, which makes it almost exactly 2^24, I don't think it's a coincidence.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
