This should be investigated.

Other frame times upon inspection seem quite close +/- 0.1ms.

This is for the Twitter story only.  Running locally, it appears that the twitter page doesn't load at all.  I saw a solid purple background once, but mostly just a white page with no content at all.

I think this was the missing discardable memory setup in the gpu process. That has been fixed.
