Swiping up after adding article to read later or copy link URL from context menu navigates to the article on new page immediately.

Issue description

App Version:  Chrome Beta 65.0.3325.16
iOS Version: iOS 11.1.2
Device: iPhone 8

Preconditions:
Chrome Beta app installed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to yahoo.com
2. Long press on any news article
3. Tap on read later or tap on copy Link URL from context menu
4. Swipe up 

Observed results:
Swiping up after adding article to read later or copy link URL from context menu navigates to the article on NTP immediately 

Expected results:
Swiping up should not navigate the user to any other page.

Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes M64
