VR GPU memory regression in range 530874 - 530960

There was a significant (~4 MB) increase in GPU memory while in VR, affected graphs available at https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?keys=agxzfmNocm9tZXBlcmZyFAsSB0Fub21hbHkYgICQpIaZvAoM.

A bisect points to https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/741454 as the culprit. Eric, is this something that's expected/ignorable?

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
That CL was reverted for other reasons... seemed to be flaky in terms of cleaning up resources correctly, so that might be related. I'm going to close this out (as the change was reverted) but will double check the VR case before re-landing.
