Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open 2 or more tabs 2. pick one of the tabs in the right side near the close button 3. drag it to create a new window 4. and finally release the tab What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? the close button stay lit up Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: 28.0.0.137

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and on the latest canary 66.0.3350.0 using windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Opened two tabs 3. Clicked on the second tab and dragged it to a new window. We didn't observe any such lit up on the close button. Attaching the screen cast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please check the screen cast and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further inputs from your end helps us.
